Questions About Shipping and Payments

How quickly do you ship the product?

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt - (Monday - Saturday)

Where is the order shipped from?

We ship our orders from 10054 Mesa Ridge Ct, Suite 110, San Diego, California 92121, USA.

How do I track my package?

As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number in it. If you don't receive it for any reason you can contact us using the form below and we'll be happy to help.

We ship CBD internationally as long as it is legal to do so. If you believe your country's law allows for the shipping of our products yet isn't on this list, please email us using the form below. We will verify the legality and add it if applicable.

What is your policy on lost packages?

We understand that many of your dogs and cats rely on our products, and that's why we guarantee the replacement of any lost package. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, you don't have to worry. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it. 

My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Check the tracking you received via email. If the package is outside of the estimated delivery window reach out to us and we'll see if we can help. 

During the holidays shipping tends to be slower, if you need your package quickly we recommend choosing priority mail shipping, or ordering in advance.

How fast is shipping?

Our free shipping service generally reaches anywhere in the mainland US within 3-5 days. We do offer priority mail and priority mail express for an extra fee. These services can be as fast as one day.  

Are the packages insured?

Priority mail express packages are insured, regular free shipping and priority mail are not insured unless that option is selected. 

What happens if my payment method isn't accepted?

In some cases our payment system may decline your card even though your bank approves the charge. In these cases the charge may show pending in your account but will never be authorized or removed from your account. It may take up to three business days to fall off of pending status, depending on your bank.

To avoid this we suggest ensuring that your payment details match what your bank has on file.

How do I know if my transaction was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation from us immediately if your transaction is successful.

If you do not receive a confirmation email or text to the contact details you entered then your transaction was not successful and you will not be charged.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, but these orders will be subject to further scrutiny to ensure you are the rightful card owner.

Questions About Subscriptions

I'm having issues logging in to manage my subscription, what should I do?

Use the link in our support menu labelled "manage subscription" to send an email with a log in link. Be sure to enter the email address that you placed the original order with. 

Is it easy to cancel?

Yes. You can cancel with one click from inside the customer portal, or contact us and cancel at any time. 

Will I be notified before an order ships?

Yes, we'll email you three days before an order is set to ship. 

How fast is subscription shipping?

Initial subscription orders over $100 get complimentary priority shipping (1-3 business days). Initial subscription orders over $200 get complimentary priority express shipping (1-2 days).

Following subscription orders get free first class shipping.

Questions About Products

Can humans take your products?

No - it is not appropriate for products designed for dogs to be taken by people for various reasons, such as dosage, and the directions/warnings on the product label should always be followed.

Our products are human grade and safe for people, but we don't sell them to people for liability reasons. 

how should I store these products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. 

What is the dosage?

We print simple and easy to use dosage tables on every one of our products. 

Does CBD interact with other drugs?

CBD is biologically active, so drug interactions are possible.

Harvard indicates that the following drugs should not be taken with CBD due to potentially serious drug interactions:

Warfarin (Blood Thinner)

Amiodarone (Heart Medication)

Levothyroxine (Thyroid Medication)

Clobazam, Lamotrigine, Valproate (Seizure Medications)

What is your guarantee policy?

Relievet is family-owned, and our goal is to improve the quality of life of animals. If you are not satisfied with our products in any way you can contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

How long does CBD take to work?

Generally our products start working within 20 minutes to an hour, and last up to 8 hours.

Research has demonstrated that the effects of CBD can increase over time.

We suggest using the full product consistently before evaluating the results.

Will your products help my anxious pet?

The largest review on CBD as a Potential Treatment for Anxiety Disorders found "existing preclinical evidence strongly supports CBD as a treatment for generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive–compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder”

Relievet CBD oils and treats are the only products which provide the dosage of CBD that consistently worked in the majority of these studies without any sedative or negative psychological side effects for all sizes of Dogs, Cats, Birds, and Horses.

For Dogs, we also offer Zen Calming chews for additional natural calming support. These can be safely taken with our Treats and Oils.

Do they work for Arthritis?

Research from Cornell University suggests that 2 mg/kg of CBD oil twice daily can help increase comfort and activity in dogs with Osteoarthritis. No side effects were observed in the study.

That is the same as the high dosage recommendations on our CBD oils for Cats, Dogs, Horses, and Birds. Our treats contain more CBD to make up for the loss of CBD through digestion.

Relievet CBD oils and treats are the only products that provide this dose of CBD without the risk of sedation or negative psychological side effects.

For Dogs, we offer additional natural targeted hip and joint support with our mobility chews, these can be safely taken alongside our treats and oils.

Can my pet take multiple CBD products together?

Our CBD oils and two ingredient treats are designed to provide a primary source of CBD, so they shouldn't be taken together.

The CBD soft chews for either mobility, skin and coat, or calming, as well as the topical balm, can be taken in addition to treats or oil.

When taking multiple CBD products together we suggest starting at the low dose and increasing if necessary.
